KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with the Operating Company President and Senior Vice President Human Resources and global business leaders to evolve and implement our communications strategy, approach, processes and protocols that drive cross-cultural communication and help to further connect and engage with our global employees.
- Inform, engage and inspire employees around our Mission & Vision, business strategy and priorities, content offerings as well as various community engagement programs through timely, effective and relevant internal communications.
- Serve as a communications business partner to key global, regional and local business and function leaders to provide support for message development and implementation.
- Adapt messaging and communications vehicles and formats as needed, including identification of new communications channels, to address cultural considerations and ensure messages are well received across all regions.
- Develop and implement a global plan and regional deployment system that ensures clear cadence for communications programming.
- Collaborate with the marketing and talent acquisition team to translate Beckman Coulter Associate Value proposition into an employer brand which is consistent across internal and external media.
- Identify ways to measure the effectiveness of global internal communications efforts, using existing and new measurement tools.
