- Develop an awards strategy, setting the vision for MullenLowe.
- Strategic perspective award plan Boston.
- Manage win/loss data and analytics ? keep track of emerging industry trends.
- Own award submissions for Boston and NYC.
- Work with the Award Show Coordinators in the LA office to ensure continuity.
- Create work back schedules.
- Manage the award show database.
- Communicate with senior leaders and executives for approvals.
- Communicate specs to studio and creative teams.
- Coordinate/collect full and complete campaign details for each piece of award show work (credits, client info, media info, creative assets), keeping a log of all creative credits for each entry and oversee case study video creation for all relevant entries.
- Maintain updated list of award show wins.
- Act as a liaison, partnering with PR and corporate communications.
- Organize and oversee layouts of award show proofs and digital files.
- Data entry of submissions.
- Work with the other department leads to obtain assets and credits for each entry.
- Infuse the Creative Department with culture ? show and tells, share the latest and greatest work being done, show what is trending in advertising and culture, show what work is winning awards and let the team know why.
- Share a monthly list with the Creative Recruiter of what work is winning and who are the Creatives doing it.
- Lead the submission process for the Effie Awards.
- Promote and execute internal creative cultural initiatives and events ? ie, Arnold”s Portrait Project, Cake & Commercials, surprise trips to the movies, etc.
- Keep the agency website up to date with new work and work closely with PR and New Business to make sure they have what they need to be successful.
- Helps support creative freelance on-boarding and coordination.

- 5+ years of experience with award show submissions within an agency environment.
- Ability to manage projects and have great attention to detail.
- You thrive in a fast-paced, advertising agency environment.
- Exceptional administrative and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- You are proactive and take initiative.
- You are both a team player and able to work independently.
