The Area Vice President (AVP) is responsible for driving all net revenue growth within their teams defined portfolio of accounts through cross/upsell within their assigned region. The position will execute the Access GTM Account Management strategy and lead Account Management and revenue growth strategies and initiatives to achieve the companyâs short- and long-term goals, while working closely with their EVP of Client Success.
This role will be both strategic and hands-on, leading the Account Management team to ensure revenue and account growth. The ideal candidate will be an ambitious-minded individual who embraces quickly changing work atmosphere of a growth-oriented organization. Ultimate success will be measured by delivering on commitments, exceeding goals, and doing both with integrity and respect for peers and reports.
Primary Functions:
- Implement strategic Account Management plans based on company goals that will promote significant Account Management growth and customer satisfaction for the organization.
- Carry out and reinforce Account Management processes and identify improvements through both personal example and team coaching that drive awareness and greater market penetration, leading to exceptional results.
- Higher A players that contribute to a high-performing environment for the Account Management organization.
- Own Account Management pipeline from conception to execution; responsible for meeting and exceeding revenue objectives for assigned area through the acquisition of new accounts and growing existing accounts.
- Partner closely with RVP of Account Management, Account Management enablement and marketing to align with Account Management efforts.
- Manage your teams to create processes that scale and are repeatable.
- Direct the research, review, and assimilation for industry and competitive data to maintain an effective revenue-generating strategy in the marketplace.
- Be a leader, catalyst, and champion, coaching team members on deals, and Account Management strategies.
- Partner with VP of Account Management Enablement to define and oversee Account Management staff compensation and incentive programs that motivate the Account Management team to achieve their Account Management targets.
- Provide detailed and accurate Account Management forecasting.
- Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic customer opportunities.

Position Requirements:
Education and Years of Experience:
- Bachelorâs degree in business administration, Account Management, marketing or related field required: MBA preferred
- Minimum 10 Years of Account Management experience with 4 of years in a senior Account Management leadership position
