The Vice President, Construction/Facilities and Real Estate is responsible for effectively leading Huntington Hospital’s and related entities’ property portfolio in the areas of site acquisition/control, design, construction and building operations. The VP is part of the leadership team dedicated to carrying out the organization’s operating vision and growth strategy.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree required; Masters in Business preferred.
Experience/Training:
A minimum of five years experience in construction management or related field required.
Skills:
Must possess advanced communication skills and a proven ability to interact successfully with physicians, hospital staff, Board members, peers and the general public. Must have the ability to present a professional manner and attitude at all times and have the ability to manage conflict and problem situations to achieve desired outcomes. Must have strong oral and written communication skills and be able to make effective oral presentations and prepare concise written reports to a variety of groups. Must exhibit the ability to lead, direct evaluate and develop staff.
