Job Summary:
This role oversees facilities, procurement and administrative teams for the entire organization.
Job Responsibilities:
- Partners with business leaders to develop and implement plans within a multi-state properties portfolio in support of occupancy and operational strategies.
- Recommends property security needs and works with appropriate stakeholders and outside agencies to ensure the safety of employees, vendors and customers.
- Negotiates building service agreements, project terms and conditions as well as interprets and implements certain lease terms and conditions.
- Develops, leads, and implements plans to ensure the senior management team is receiving appropriate administrative support.
- Identifies admin support, procurement and facility management technology needs, and partners with IT to develop strategies to implement scalable solutions.
- Negotiating contracts with vendors to procure the best pricing and terms.
- Oversees the overall purchasing process.
- Responsible for hiring, managing and developing a team of administrative staff.
- Prioritizes administrative time in support of senior leadership.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- A minimum of 8 to 12 years of relevant experience.
- MS Office, Outlook, financial acumen (i.e. budgeting), financial modeling.
- Ability to interact all levels of the organization, good interpersonal skills, ability to create and deliver presentations, strong negotiation skills.
- Strong customer-service orientation.
Desired Qualifications:
- Preferred CPM designation
- 4+ years of leadership experience preferred.
Job Expectations:
- Travel percentage â 25%, Will be required to be on-call.
