Providence St. Joseph Health is calling a Tele-Neurology Product Line Director to Telehealthâs main office location in downtown Seattle, WA, or satellite offices in Portland, OR and Spokane, WA.
We are seeking a Tele-Neurology Product Line Director to be a leader within the Providence St. Joseph Telehealth team which has the largest non-profit TeleStroke program in the country. The Telehealth Product Line Director is accountable for leadership, direction and strategic implementation of the TeleNeurology product lines in their purview, ensuring excellence of existing products while also helping to develop new product offerings to both internally facing and external partners. This position has a large scope of practice and will be engaged collaboratively with several teams including sales and outreach, clinical operations, business intelligence, field engineering, finance, marketing and account management in an effort to lead the positioning of our service offerings for success in the market.
The Product Line Director is the subject matter expert for the TeleNeurology product lines and has a deep understanding of the impact to current as well as prospective customers and buyers. The Director must be extremely skilled at translating that knowledge into service design and executing at scale. The Director identifies critical initiatives, dependencies, and required investments for new and existing products which scale typically across 5-8 states.
In this position you will have the following responsibilities:

Partner with the TeleNeurology triad including Medical Director and Sr. Clinical Program Manager to ensure the patients and providers needs are met.

Develop business cases for new and existing Telehealth product(s) to include financial health, programmatic goals and Key Performance Indicators.

Develop product/service roadmaps.

Lead provider alignment/meetings in collaboration with Medical Director and Clinical Program Management.

Lead the product life cycle from initial strategy to tactical execution and ongoing oversight.

Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on positioning and value proposition.

Provide materials in support of Sales cycle (FAQs, presentation materials, ideal location types, minimum site requirements).

Develop pricing strategy taking into account internal and external market competitiveness/substitutes.

Lead within a fast paced and highly matrixed environment through influence.
Qualifications:
Required qualifications for this position include:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Related Field or equivalent education/experience.

A minimum of 7 years of closely related product development, program or service line leadership experience.
Preferred qualifications for this position include:

Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Health Administration or Medical Systems focus desired or equivalent education/experience.

Neurosciences service line experience.
-
Relevant work experience in an integrated delivery network.

In depth knowledge of healthcare business operations.

Experience in telemedicine operations.

Product line development experience.

Financial analysis for new business development experience.
