Are you interested in finding innovative ways to reach consumers? Do you like to coach teams through change? We’re looking for a Sr. SCRUM Master that thrives in a startup environment to lead our agile Marketing team! In this highly visible position, you’ll craft compelling brand campaigns to increase brand awareness for our key spirits brands like High Noon Sips, New Amsterdam Vodka, Germain Robin Brandy, RumHaven and Camarena Tequila all while engaging with a fun company culture.

What You Will Do

• Leads, coaches, and trains the organization in its agile adoption.
• Plans new agile implementations within the organization.
• Works with employees and executive stakeholders to understand and enact agile and empirical outcome development.
• Leads change that increases the productivity of the agile Team.
• Works with other Scrum Masters to increase the effectiveness of the application of agile in the organization.
• Demonstrates a desire to understand our businesses and consumers.
• Utilizes scrum framework in a manner consistent with Scrum Alliance and the Gallo corporate framework and will work within the organizational constraints.

What You Need

• Master’s Degree plus 6 years of experience leading, coaching, or managing a cross-functional team reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor’s Degree plus 8 years of experience leading, coaching, or managing a cross-functional team reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High School Diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 12 years of experience in leading, coaching, or managing a cross-functional team reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
• At least two years of experience in a Scrum environment, using the scrum framework as a scrum master or member of a scrum team.
• Skilled in the use of MS Word and PowerPoint at a basic level; MS Excel, at an intermediate level.

What Will Set You Apart

• Skilled in the use of JIRA, Confluence, Portfolio, knowledge of Atlassian tool suite.
• First level Scum Master certification (PSM 1, CSM).
• Experience being on multiple Scrum teams in a variety of different contexts; different team sizes; different organizations; different cultures; co-located or distributed.
