In this senior Director level role, you’ll use your knowledge and analytical skills to develop and launch provider networks by specialty and service line. Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to build oncology, and other specialty care, provider networks
- Direct cross-functional and/or cross-segment teams in the development of complex contracting strategies and processes
- Oversee network analysis and strategy development and implementation for oncology provider networks
- Use data analytics in the development of strategy, process and/or network programs
- Work directly with provider groups to develop innovative payment methodologies that incent evidence aligned care
- Drive program design and implementation to improve quality and affordability through contract negotiations and ongoing performance management
- Promote and influence new business through the development of business cases and strong value proposition
- Foster, influence and maintain relationships internally and externally
- Obtain, validate and analyze data impacting network availability and access

Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree
- 8+ years’ experience working with a managed care organization with provider network responsibilities such as hospital or large medical group contracting
- Expertise in using data analytics in the development of strategy, process and/or programs
- Advanced proficiency with facility/ancillary contract reimbursement methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to achieve goals in a matrix environment
- Confident and effective written and verbal communication skills
- Experience and/or interest in meeting collaborative business development targets
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the area of oncology contracting or practice management
- Experience in specialty pharmaceutical contracting
- Experience with value based contracting
- Experience managing staff and/or program lead experience
