Full Job Description
Knowledge Services is actively seeking a Scrum Master for a contract to hire opportunity with our client based on the northside of Indianapolis, IN.
Responsibilities
- Manage an Agile development team
- Responsible for overall coordination, status reporting and stability of programs and program oriented work efforts.
- This position manages initiatives of larger size and high levels of complexity. She/he will establish the programframework and execute program management processes and methodologies to ensure programs are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards and meet customer expectations.
- The position is responsible for tracking key program milestones and adjusting program plans and/or resources to meet the needs of customers.
- Ensures that senior management and all stakeholders are provided with regular programstatus and performance updates.
Qualifications
- Scrum Master experience required
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification
- Strong project management methodologies and tools
- Management skills required, including ability to work within a budget and direct multiple projects
- Experience with Agile Management Tools and Methodologies
- Strong Understanding of software development life cycle
- Good analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage priorities
- Ability to form, normalize, and support self-managing teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. May require specialized knowledge as defined by project
- Significant experience using an industry leading web-based Agile project tools
