Job Description:
Credence Management Solutions LLC is seeking a Scrum Master for our U.S. Department of Homeland Security initiatives. The Scrum Master will have authority to make decisions as a representative of the Credence team in all matters relating to operations of the contract. The Scrum Master will serve as a single point of contact between the Government and Credence personnel assigned to support development and other work activities.

The Scrum Master will serve as a single point of contact between the Government and Credence personnel assigned to support development and other work activities.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and evaluate business capabilities and management practices, policies, and processes;
- Recommend and design strategies to increase the effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of business processes through policy, procedural, or cultural changes;
- Develop and perform strategic planning reports and recommendations.
- Facilitates all team meetings, including the daily stand-up, iteration planning, team demo, and iteration retrospective;
- Lead Agile process identification based on business analysis or other identified customer requirements;
- Conduct Agile activities to include sprint planning, sprint demo, product backlog grooming, and sprint retrospective;
- Facilitate and guide sessions to generate outcome-based (actionable) requirements based on the business process identification;
- Develop, utilize, and maintain process flow diagrams and notional training requirements, and;
- Create supporting materials, such as requirement list, business use case, testing, and any supporting workflow or scripts.
Job Requirements:
- Public Trust Clearance
- Required Education: Bachelorâs degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, or a related academic focus area.
- Required Skills and Relevant Experience
o Experience managing projects in similar size and scope.
o Experience managing IT projects using either Agile Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
o Experience managing projects leveraging commercial cloud infrastructure.
o Scrum Master Certification
- Experience Required 5+ years of relevant experience
- Proven ability to organize dynamic teams.
- Experience managing projects leveraging commercial cloud infrastructure.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- High degree of professionalism and interpersonal skills required.
