Responsibilities:
- Lead business and technology projects from conception to implementation
- Provide stakeholders with effective solutions
- Lead and manage the project team
- Use traditional and agile methodologies and work with people at all levels to develop and deploy business and technology solutions
- Provide expectations and feedback to project team members
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 6 years of experience in a process design/redesign or technical role
- 1+ year in a Project Manager role
- Experience working with a formal project management methodology
- Experience with project and work management tools
- Experience with project and systems development lifecycles
- Experience with agile and sequential development methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
