We’re searching for a self-motivated Project Manager with delegating experience to join our team. The successful candidate will work directly to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. He or she will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible, and direct talent as needed to fulfill client needs. Roles & Responsibilities

  • Maintaining customer and foremen relationships
  • Managing small and large-scale projects
  • Scheduling subcontractors
  • Establishing schedules
  • Communicating at all levels of the company
  • Writing job hazard analysis and pre-task plans

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
  • 2+ years of Assistant Project Manager/ Project Manager experience
  • 2+ years of Construction (Demolition, Asbestos, Lead and Mold Abatement) experience
  • 2+ years of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) experience
  • 2+ years of experience with daily travel between job sites
  • 2+ years of Reading Blueprints/Technical drawings experience
  • Self-motivated
  • Timely problem solver
  • Analytical reasoning skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once

Work Schedule/Hours: Monday to Friday, 7 am – 3 pm/4 pm
