Hi there!

I run an online coaching business and travel a lot and am looking for a personal assistant PART TIME!

This is a 1099 position and there are no benefits.

It is about 15 hours a week!

BUT, I am super cool to work for and you will learn a lot : ) Looking for someone LONG term!

If you are good, my company is growing and there is potential for more.

You will need to be available Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Some hours can potentially be from home! We can come up with the best schedule for both of us.

The job description includes:

HOUSE/PERSONAL WORK

Every Monday:

-wash, dry, fold, hang up, and put away all laundry at my apartment as well as any sewing needed

-wash all bedding and make bed

-help put together menu for the week and put together a shopping list

-shop for groceries and all house items needed

-shop for any other items needed on Amazon.com or local shops (Ulta, Target, etc.)

-grab and put away any packages and take boxes out

-cook and meal prep meals for M-W (3 meals a day) (MUST BE A GOOD COOK!)

-prep and sort out all my supplements to be easy to take each morning

-deep clean my entire 2 bedroom apartment: windex, dusting, toilets, vacuum. mop, garbages etc.

-make sure my cat’s litter box, water, and food are set for the week (they are all electric so just filling them up is good!)

-wash, vacuum, and dust car at car wash

-set up and manage my weekly calendar for personal life including scheduling lashes, tan, nails, wax, massage, chiropractor, and meet ups with friends, etc.

-any misc, to-do tasks (return an item, call a company, making dinner reservations, etc.)

Every Thursday:

-touch up cleaning – dust, vacuum, garbages, etc.

-prep meals for Th & Fr (3 meals a day) and 2 breakfasts for the weekend

BUSINESS WORK: (MUST BE GOOD AT SOCIAL MEDIA and have your own computer/iPhone!)

You can potentially do these items at home once I train you!

I will train you extensively on all of this!

Every Monday:

-pay any bills for the week and manage a budget/bookkeeping

Every Monday, Wednesday, & Friday:

-Posting and sending out all content: Instagram post, Facebook posts, Facebook group post, LinkedIn and email campaign

-checking that all invoices are paid and collecting on any that are not

-onboarding any new clients (I will train you!) (giving access to portals, sending gift, etc.)

-responding to all comments on posts

-organizing my DM inbox

-managing my schedule and confirming and scheduling calls for clients, team meetings, etc.

-engaging on social media to build audience (liking, commenting, DMing, etc.)

-researching hashtags and doing market research

-collecting testimonials from clients

[[-ANY GRAPHIC DESIGN EXPERIENCE IS A HUGE PLUS!]]

-organizing my emails, computer, etc.

-making sure all of my text messages are responded to

-sometimes driving me to appointments on Fridays so I can be on my phone

-coordinating anything needed with my team (Sales reps, co-coaches, etc.)

Other:

-check on my cat and spot clean my apartment while I am traveling

-coordinate and accommodate when any of my family and friends visit

Must be:

-self motivated

-trust worthy

-FUN!

-hard working

-prefer a female

-willing to sign a contract as you will have access to a lot of my personal info!

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Salary: $15.00 to $25.00 /hour
