The Head of TA for the Sales & Service organization will help us grow the team that creates our extraordinary customer service experience- one of the primary engines for our success and 30%+ YoY growth. We are seeking a well-rounded TA leader to drive outsized performance for rapidly scaling organization. What You ll Do
- Partner with business leaders to design, build and execute a strategic hiring plan to attract the world s best customer service talent and hit aggressive growth goals, including involvement in site selection and planning where & how we hire
- Grow and lead a 50+ person team of managers, recruiters, & sourcers across multiple locations with a focus on learning, career development, and the creation of deep understanding in all areas of recruitment
- Advise business stakeholders on addressable talent markets, conduct talent pool analysis, build and organize talent research
- Usedata to tackle talent attraction and assessment problems, translate metrics into useable insights for recruiters, sourcers and stakeholders alike, drive process efficiencies
- Collaborate with PR team, community engagement & campus recruiting teams in order to advance our hiring goals in new geographies
- Champion an environment of knowledge sharing, teamwork, and continued learning where the status quo is questioned and ideas for improvement are fostered and continually explored
- Travel several days a month to various locations across the US (can be based anywhere in US)
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred
- 7 to 15 years of experience in Talent Acquisition across multiple geographies with demonstrable success in hitting team goals
- 5+ years of experience leading and growing Talent Acquisition teams (ideally 50+ people) and managing managers
- Shownsuccess delivering innovative sourcing and recruiting methods within a high growth environment
- Experience delivering C-level communication
- Proven track record of leadership, taking ownership and driving results
- Strong analytical foundation with a penchant for process and operations
- Versatile performer, capable of adapting as data-led insights evolve
- Prior experience recruiting and building high performance teams
- Ability to multi-task and work well within a dynamic organization
