We’re expanding our customer success team (again!), and we’re looking for a Customer Success Manager who can coach our top customers on Privy and consult with them on marketing and ecommerce strategies.

You’ll be working with small and medium-sized ecommerce businesses and helping them grow through using Privy’s onsite conversion and email tools. We’re the #1 rated marketing integration in the Shopify App Store, so you’ll get to work with customers who love working with us!

We’re looking for a Head of Marketing to run Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, and Partner Marketing at Privy (we’re a small marketing team, so there are multiple pieces of marketing that you’d be responsible for here).

In this role you would report to Privy’s CMO and be expected to have full ownership over the marketing strategy, planning, hiring, and budget for our Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, and Partner Marketing efforts. You would be working in parallel with Privy’s Head of Demand Generation.

With Brand Marketing:

  • You’d be responsible for all non direct response channels, with a focus in building our brand awareness in the market and creating a brand the small businesses & entrepreneurs love.
  • You’ll be expected to produce amazing creative work that our demand gen & product marketing teams use to hit company revenue goals.
  • The main channels you would own here are creative (design, video, copywriting), content (blog, books, shows), social/community (social channels, groups, customer love), and events.

With Product Marketing:

  • You’d be responsible for telling the story & showing the power of Privy to the market. This includes positioning & messaging, product launches, all product education content, sales enablement, competitive intel.
  • You’d be expected to work well cross-functionally (especially across sales, support, and product) and develop expert-level knowledge (and passion for) ecommerce and our customers.

With Partner Marketing:

  • You’d be responsible for working directly with Privy’s VP of Partnerships to understand our partner channel and where marketing can support (and supercharge) partners. There’s a mix of brand (co-marketing) and demand (lead generation for agencies) here.
  • This also includes everything from partner content, webinars, videos, events, sponsorships, and more.
