Head of DC Operations

Accountable for Distribution Center Operations for the specific customer in the specific region

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Roll out global solution amendments & improvements, run global continuous improvement, quality and cost reduction programs

• Run feedback sessions with local operations to trigger bottom-up innovations & improvements

• Audit local operation to ensure compliance with global solution, intervene, escalate (“crisis mode”), crisis support, provide know-how

• Manage operational “crisis” situations & customer escalations on global level based on agreed escalation / communication rules

• Data Center / Mini Cluster Safety and Security topics and metrics

• Oversee Data Center / Mini Cluster Operations

• Generate and report weekly and monthly KPI’s

• Data Center / Mini Cluster weekly stability calls

• Data Center / Mini Cluster budget and forecasting

• Implementation Projects new initiatives

• Generate improvement and efficiency projects

• Consulted and involved for new implementations

• Standardization of processes, procedures, etc in the region

• Customer Relations / POC

• Escalation point for Data Center / Mini Cluster site stakeholders & customer

Deliverables & Achievables:

• Strong operation performance across the sites in the regions, meeting agreed KPI’s

• Leverage best practices within the region and global

• Compliance in all operations with operating standards and solutions

• Pro-active drive of continuous improvement and innovations
