General Manager

We are looking for an experienced general manager for our construction company. This must be a highly organized individual who is able to manage both project and people. They must also have 15+ years of experience in the construction industry. Their duties would include

– Maintaining budgets and schedules

– Overseeing a variety of construction projects by wisely making pivotal decisions in order to insure each project is completed and done excellently

– Explaining contracts and technical information to employees

– Supervise construction personal and activities, both onsite and offsite

– Develop workaround for construction delays to ensure projects are completed on time

– Ensure the project meets all building and safety codes

– Interacting with clients and being able to leave them with a pleasant and understanding experience

Pay will be commensurate with experience. Also, full benefits package is available and includes, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance as well as a medical plan option. Paid time off, and paid holidays available.
