The Executive Personal Assistant/House Manager’s job is to keep things running smoothly for the CEO’s work and home.
The duties can include the following and are subject to changes or additions at any time.
Nannying as needed
Event planning, organizing, and coordination
Managing the household’s and CEO’s schedule and calendar
Maintaining vehicles (includes service and cleaning)
Answering or drafting response emails/texts
Managing all personal and work social media sites
Coordinating travel
Arranging appointments for personal and professional needs
Scheduling home maintenance and repair work, as well as supervising the project
Handling household bills and administrative duties
Running errands and performing necessary tasks
Supervision of any other household staff.
Shopping for food, supplies, and other requested items
Buying gifts on the employer’s behalf
Home cleaning duties
Cooking meals for the family
Laundering and putting away clothing, organizing, changing linens, taking and picking up clothes from the dry cleaners.
Oversight of an employer’s finances and valuables
We are looking for a dynamic individual who is open to challenges and has a “will-do” attitude who is constantly looking for answers or solutions to problems that may arise. Someone has the ambition and mental skills needed to keep up with the CEO of a fast growing company.
