Executive Director

The Clinton Housing Authority seeks a dedicated, experienced professional applicant for the position of Executive Director. The Executive Director oversees the day to day operations of the authority under the oversight of a Board of Directors. The authority consists of 150 public housing/tax credit units.

The position requires supervisory skills, knowledge of affordable housing/HUD programs and the ability to communicate with residents of various socio-economic backgrounds, also experience with accounting and fiscal management are helpful.

Pay will be based on experience. Benefits package includes employee health, dental, vision, life insurance; retirement, and paid vacation and sick leave.
