We are seeking a developed leader to support the business by communicating, tracking, training, and coaching team members in the Drive Thru on achieving and exceeding service and revenue goals. Drive-Thru Director will assist in overseeing employees in the continual pursuit of “Operational Excellence” while creating a positive work culture, protecting our brand, and providing an excellent, hospitable experience to our guests. Drive-Thru Director must be a motivated self-starter with the ability to work efficiently. Drive-Thru Manager Director reports to the Owner/Operator, serves alongside the senior leadership team, and is responsible for all assistant managers and Team Members that work in the Drive Thru.
Pay Type: $15-$18/hr

Requirements/Responsibilities
Qualifications:
Must have a minimum of 1 year working in restaurant operations
Experience as a leader, preferably in a customer service or hospitality environment
Proven ability to lead in fast-paced environments as part of a team
Basic computer competency
Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes, but is not limited to, standing for up to 10 hours and lifting up to 50 pounds
Responsibilities:
Responsible for increasing the speed and accuracy of the Drive-Thru and meeting store standards
Coaches the behaviors of all Team Members who work drive-thru, including the following:
Drive-Thru Service Model to ensure consistent speed & accuracy
Maintaining a clean and organized workplace
The “Core Four” service behaviors (Eye Contact, Smile, Speak Enthusiastically, and Stay Connected)
Implements innovations that will aid in improving Operational Excellence
Evaluates and provides accountability for all members of the Drive-Thru team
Aligning daily practices of the drive thru with the vision of the Director Team
Allocates and efficiently spends 20% of the time working administratively and strategically, and 80% of the time spent “shoulder-to-shoulder,” leading with service teams on the floor
Supports other senior-level leaders by serving as the Manager-In-Charge as needed
Conducts weekly Drive-Thru assessments, and delivers performance reports to the leadership team
Works alongside other Directors to ensure appropriate daily and restaurant staffing levels
Demonstrates knowledge of the brand and menu items
Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
Follow Chick-fil-A’s operational policies and procedures
All other duties as assigned
