The Director of PACE Operations Directs manages and directs PACE Operations on a daily and strategic basis across multiple PACE Centers, Alternative Care Sites, Counties and Disciplines. Directly supervises Day Center Managers, Facilities, Transportation Manager, Nutrition and Social Work Leaders. Accountable for Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) performance, care planning, service utilization, customer service/retention and quality. Is accountable for environmental safety and emergency and disaster preparedness of the organization, working with all other leaders and quality department to ensure good coordination and outcomes.

ATTRIBUTES
- Bachelor’s required with Master’s preferred OR a Master’s required; 6 – 8 years of leadership experience; strong communication and analytical skills.
- Minimum of one (1) year of documented experience working with a frail or elderly population.
RESPONSIBILITIES

- Budget preparation, management and oversight
- Leadership and management oversite of PACE Operations which includes PACE Centers, Alternative Care Sites, Transportation, Facilities, Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) and Care Planning, Social Work, and Nutritional Services.
- Directly supervises Day Center Managers, Facilities, Transportation Manager, Nutrition and Social Work Leaders.
- Monitors key performance indicators such as participant retention, customer satisfaction, readmission, wasted bed days, service utilization, financial performance, dissatisfaction.
- Recruits, hires, develops, and performance manages direct reports and staff (as needed) to ensure efficient operations, and achievement of desired outcomes and strategic goals.
- Ensures highly functional IDT’s, consistent and appropriate service utilization, safe and affordable plans of care and high satisfaction of participants and families consistent with PACE guidance and state/national PACE benchmarks.
- Ensures compliance with ElderONE and RRH quality initiatives and ensures compliance with all regulatory and reporting requirements.
- Ensures optimal participant service and promotes ongoing participant satisfaction and team member morale.
