Meridian Bird Removal is seeking a results-oriented Director of Talent and Culture who is excited about what we do, but more importantly, how we attract and grow our unique, nation-wide workforce. This individual will be responsible for designing and implementing an effective talent recruitment strategy as well as realizing and overseeing a robust employee engagement system. The qualified candidate will manage a team of Talent and Culture Specialists.
In addition to strong leadership, communication, recruiting and problem-solving skills, the ideal candidate must demonstrate:

Bachelor’s Degree in related field and 10+ years prior demonstrated success in human resource or talent and culture management required. SHRM SCP or SPHR preferred.
