- Plans and directs operating procedures in support of the company key pillars in Performance Management.
- Participates in strategic planning meetings to develop objectives
- Prepares agendas and conducts training sessions and presentations on issues regarding quality, safety, and purchasing.
- Develops and maintains annual budget; Monitors financial reports to ensure budgetary compliance with Regional and Corporate goals.
- Develops and implements operational plans ensuring WPC’s High Culinary standards & systems to ensure that all contractual obligations are met
- Complies with regulatory agencies, including federal, state
- Analyze ongoing performance and trends the foodservice operational units and devise and lead improvements working directly with corporate culinary and business excellence teams
- 8-15 years Hotel; B&I; Contract food service business experience; Bachelors Degree; MBA
- Strong problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage priorities and workflow; work independently and as a member of various teams and committees;
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Excellent presentation skills
- Versatility, flexibility and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
- Innovative and profit centered manager
- Strong financial acumen and proven P&L experience
- Proven ability to enhance profitability, sustainability and creativity across all channels
- Engage with the external culinary and foodservice community to bring forth current trends for adoption in our business
