We’re looking for a Director, Advertiser Solutions to join Snap Inc. to help us build and grow our Seattle, WA location. As a senior leader you will manage a team of Account Executives, Account Analysts and Account Managers across the function as well as support the Operations of the business across cohorts. You will be directly responsible for working with the Snap product organization to prioritize roadmap needs by segment based on inputs you are receiving from clients. You will need to have natural leadership skills; the ability to coach, develop, and challenge your direct reports; and strong senior level client-facing skills. You should also have a deep understanding of performance marketing, auction based platforms, and experience collaborating with Product organizations.
What youâll do:

Have command of and be responsible for the growth of your vertical at Snap, with a particular focus on performance advertisers

Manage a team of Account Executives, Account Analysts and Account Managers

Build and manage relationships with key senior clients and internal teams

Hold your team accountable to revenue quotas and KPIs
-
Define, execute, and deliver KPI-driven measurement strategies and narratives

Understand broad direct response trends and translate into strategic areas and opportunities to drive growth of the business

Work with Finance partners to develop individual quotas and account lists for team members

Coach, mentor and help grow high performers to drive cross-company collaboration and impact beyond achievement to quota

Effectively communicate with Sales, Engineers, and Product Teams.
Minimum qualifications:

10+ years of sales experience, large account sales, and enterprise sales

Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field of study

A history of strategic selling to agencies, advertisers, and brands

A proactive and creative approach to sourcing new clients

Ability to win the support of key stakeholders

Knowledge of the mobile, advertising, and analytics space

Strong organization, planning, and communication skills

Knowledge of data analytics and ability to take particular use cases and build data streams in order to support analyses that support the use cases

Experience developing exceptional documentation for client presentations, RFP’s, and other as required

The ability to travel as needed (around 25%)
