- Oversee preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, including detailed analysis and understanding of monthly results
- Prepare, communicate, and present operating budgets and forecasts
- Provide financial plan for performance variances, operating alternatives, program and investment initiatives
- Interpret financial reports for management team
- Monitor, analyze, and modify business processes and systems to ensure data and system integrity and efficiency related to accounting and financial reporting
- Serve as the point of contact for corporate and business unit functions regarding financial and accounting matters
Position Purpose: Direct, negotiate and handle activities of the business unitâs accounting department, and formulate and administer the organizationâs financial and accounting policies and procedures.
