We are recruiting for Digital Project Manager to join our rapidly growing team! You will be indispensable by managing the day-to-day operation of our digital transformation projects, including web applications, online tools, and site launches. You’ll work with clients, internal stakeholders, project teams and outside contractors to ensure that our digital projects run smoothly, meeting goals within budget and on time.

What You’ll Do

You’ll make an impact by:

• Providing end-to-end project management
• Scoping project requirements and preparing budgets
• Setting up project plans, including timeline and resource management
• Designing, developing and implementing digital projects in collaboration with internal teams and monitoring progress
• Ensuring project deliverables are completed on time and within budget, and are meeting high quality standards
• Developing support documentation
• Developing and implementing methods to improve efficiency and quality
• Providing employee feedback to improve performance and achieve quality standards
• Working closely and collaborating with research, design, technical, and marketing resources
• Consulting and managing client relationships
• Providing estimates for new or ongoing work
• Effectively maintaining project budgets
• Helping to implement best practices web development using agile methodologies.

About You

You possess:

• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science or relevant fields
• 2+ years of solid experience in digital project or account management role
• Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver projects’ lifecycle within quality, time and budget requirements
• Experience with Agile Methodology
• Demonstrated success in improving efficiency of processes, and timeliness and quality of deliverables
• Excellent problem solving/analytical skills and knowledge of analytical tools
• Be “Tech Savvy”
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• High degree of attention to detail, accuracy and thoroughness
• Ability to monitor own work to maintain quality standards
• Knowledge of performance feedback methods
• Superior organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience with Salesforce
• Project Management or Scrum Master certification
