Strong-Bridge Envision (an HCL Technologies company) is seeking an experienced Digital Project Manager to join our firm as a dedicated full-time employee. This is a New Jersey based opportunity; relocation is not provided.
The candidate must lead and be responsible for the overall project management for various digital transformation initiatives within the client organization.
Responsibilities:
- Define project scope and schedule while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value
- Actively participate in discussions and should be able to ask meaningful questions to understand the project/framework that is going to be designed and developed
- Organize and lead project status and work meetings
- Create comprehensive project plans
- Establish project roles and responsibilities and provides team members with clear direction
- Help to implement an effective system of project governance
- Work with the business manager, managing the promotion review submissions and ensuring all pages are built to match approvals, etc.
- Develop familiarity with the promotion creative, review and approval process
- Negotiate across multiple functions to resolve project conflicts and competing priorities
- Establish communication cadence as appropriate for team, stakeholder and executive reporting
- Establish risk mitigation and issue resolution processes
Qualifications and Experience:
- 10+ years of experience as a digital project/program manager in a digital consulting firm/agency with exposure to working alongside marketing, creative and technology teams for timely implementation of project deliverables
- Bachelor of Arts or Science required, degree in Project Management preferred
- Strong risk identification and management experience
- 5+ years of experience leading and managing complex enterprise-level projects consisting of multiple teams and/or requiring integration with other activities outside the scope of the teams
- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands
- Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs with the ability to establish/maintain high level of customer trust and confidence
- Excellent oral and written communications skills and experience interacting with both business and IT individuals at all levels including the executive level
- Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience with either a Big 4 Consulting firm or a more specialized boutique consulting firms specializing in technology delivery
- Ability to work permanently in the U.S. on a full-time basis
- Must be in New Jersey or neighboring area; with ability to work on the client site 100% of the time
