    K.N.S. Services, Inc. is a locally owned company that has been in business since 1990. Collectively, the K.N.S. Services, Inc. team provides over 95 years of practical experience in the analog and IP video CCTV platforms. Our company consists of 18 employees; four (4) team members in the office and ten (14) field technicians.

    Job Purpose:

    The function of this position is to exhibit excellent customer service skills and to provide a complicated level of Project Management for installation of access control and CCTV products. These products include Alarm, CCTV, Communications, and Access Control involving both IP and Analog platforms.

    Job Tasks:

    • Assist with Project Drawings; Design, Take-Offs, Quotes
    • Coordination of Equipment
    • Attend Construction Meetings in the Field
    • Communication with Customers and Construction Trades on Timelines and Labor Needs
    • Manage Projects and a Team of Installers
    • Travel
    • Daily Travel within the State of Ohio
    • Product Training may require travel outside the State of Ohio

    Skills/Qualifications:

    Ability to communicate, understand, and coordinate with construction trades to complete installation on time. Learn Analog/IP Access Control and CCTV Systems as well electrified locks and door hardware. Ability to learn and understand blueprints, diagrams, schematics, software/systems programs and operational manuals for various systems. Attend software training, access control installation training, and development as needed to assist with design and coordination of projects. Complete Fire Stop Training and OSHA training upon accepted employment.

    Requirements:

    • MUST pass an EXTENSIVE background check by KNS Services, Inc. and its customers.
    • MUST participate in a drug free workplace
    • MUST be eighteen (18) years of age or older

    Salary: $45,000.00 to $65,000.00 /hour
