The Retail Store Construction Assistant Project Manager will provide project management assistance to the Director of Construction and Construction Project Managers in the construction of new retail stores in casino and airport venues. Job Requirements:
Qualifications:
B.S. degree in Construction Management and 2-3 years experience in commercial or retail construction. 5 or more years experience construction management experience with no degree
Ability to efficiently assist with construction management of new store construction and remodeling of stores. Skills to include management of construction schedule, material procurement, plan review and redlining
Responding and tracking of RFI’s from contractors, estimating for budgets, budget management
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
CADD and Scheduling program experience helpful
Organized, detailed oriented, and strong time management skills
Ability to take initiative and work in a fast paced, ever changing environment
