We are actively seeking a strong Business Analyst with strong Project Management experience within the Financial Services, Banking Operations or Investment Management field for one of the largest Investment Management Corporation in the nation located in Wilmington, DE!!!

· 3-6+ years strong Project Management and Business Analysis work experience within the financial services, banking or investment management field.

· PMP preferred but not required

· Business Project Management experience required

· Project Coordination experience required

· Must be able to adapt quickly and be able to wear different hats at once

· Experience with SharePoint is required

· MS Office skills required

· College degree is required

· Previous Auditing experience is preferred

Assist in identifying, analyzing and documenting business requirements, processes and procedures, and reporting specifications.
Gather information from multiple sources and critically evaluate it, reconciling conflicts, disseminating high-level information into details and distinguishing user requests from requirements.
Analyze processes and projects into distinct and logical work units. Plan resources allocations and task time lines.

Track work progress and deliverables. Report project progress at work unit and executive levels.

Salary: $45.00 to $48.00 /hour
