At this time, we are seeking a Business Office Manager to join our team!
Key Responsibilities
- Handle resident bills (monthly, increase letters, etc.) and collection processes.
- Process vendor bills and make sure they are paid on time.
- Maintaining the Human Resources/Payroll and accounting system. Process payroll for staff of 60 biweekly and assist management team with onboarding and orientation for new employees.
- Works with accounts payable and accounts receivable at corporate for follow up on payments.
- Supports Executive Director with office duties as needed
- Assist with resident move ins and tours as needed
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and analytical skills; oral and written communication skills. Self-starter with time management and willing to learn to processes.
- Working knowledge and ability to apply professional standards of practice in job situations.
- Requires 1 to 3 years bookkeeping and administrative experience. Requires working knowledge of financial statements and automated financial software.
- Knowledge of accounting procedures in regards to payroll, accounts payables and receivables (in-house billing/ outside vendors).
- Knowledge of HR functions such as orientation, benefits administration, workerâs compensation, OSHA, PTO and staying abreast of federal policies and procedures.
- Must type 40-50 wpm and be proficient in the use of one or more types of office equipment, including personal computer word processor and related software.
- Knowledge of Kronos, Workday, Concur, and/or PCC preferred, but not required.

Salary: $19.00 to $20.00 /hour
