BMW Service Director

Dear Candidate,

Vista BMW Coconut Creek is actively searching for a senior level Service Director to manage its large, high volume BMW service department. The ideal candidate must have a stable background and demonstrate extensive experience as a highline, high volume Service Director.

Responsibilities:

• Report to General Manager
• Manage a team of 160 service department employees (49 techs, 18 advisors)
• Handle an average of 150+ repair orders per day (51 stalls)
• Maintain an excellent Customer Service Index
• Maintain a proactive Business Development attitude at all times
• Recruit, coach and mentor team members providing a good working environment
• Open 7 days a week
