Key Responsibilities Include:
Develop, with CEO and Chief Strategy Officer short and long-term revenue objectives, and channel specific targets to achieve those objectives
Lead Brick and Mortar Expansion by securing distribution in targeted accounts
- Build Best in Class Selling Materials
- Build Channel and Account Target list on a calendar
- Drive Performance in Existing Placements
- Secure new placements in accounts whose consumer demographic fits our “best consumer fit”
Lead International Market Expansion – by securing and developing distributor relationships in target markets including China, Germany, Sweden, Benelux, and France.
Direct and Oversee the current sales organization and the indirect sales force they manage.
Develop and Implement a Growth and Performance Based Culture in the Sales and Supporting Functions.
- Target setting and forecasting of demand with KPIs to monitor performance
- Data Driven insights and Category Management plans
- P & L management for areas managed, and direct contribution to pricing and margin management
- Collections of Accounts Receivable
Key Contributor on the Executive Leadership Team with the CEO and other Department Heads, Product Management and Innovation, Competitive Benchmarking, Strategic Planning, Process and Systems Development, Resource Allocation, Prioritization of Projects and Opportunities, Problem Solving and Issue Resolution
Professional Experience – Must have 5-10 years of relevant experience in Consumer Products Sales to targeted retail channels and customers. Experience in insulated drinkware or other “green” segment selling into our target markets highly desired. (Education?)
Compensation Package – will include base salary, performance-based bonus plan and participation in the Company’s long-term equity incentive plan. Salary will range from $75,000-125,000 depending on experience.
