Education and Experience

Required:

  • MBA or related field, or related experience
  • Executive leadership for minimum of 3 years, including leading other leaders
  • 3 years developing and implementing successful sales strategies
  • Developing sales incentive and recognition programs
  • Responsible for a $10,000,000 plus sales force

Achieve sales goals and metrics

  • Increase sales 10% annually
  • Improve ROI on sales programs
  • Analyze monthly sales metrics and data
  • Develop, monitor and accomplish team budget objectives
  • Ensure performance indicators are attained

Create and execute sales initiatives

  • Lead sales strategy
  • Oversee consultant compensation plan and incentive program
  • Own host program and party strategy

Own consultant experience, sales processes and best practices

  • Ensure consultants and leaders have clarity about how to succeed
  • Provide simple, understandable frameworks for essential processes, such as sponsoring, selling and team building

Build and maintain key sales relationships
