Our client in Radnor, PA is looking for a VP of Sales to help rejuvenate and build their Inside Sales team.

The ideal candidate would be responsible for managing 3 direct managers who manage an Inside Sales team of 20+ representatives who are working with customers. This individual would be responsible for managing, developing and building the Inside Sales team to 50+ representatives.

Essential Functions:

  • Develops and implements strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.
  • Directs sales activities and sets goals accordingly.
  • Reviews market analyses to determine prospective customer needs and fee schedules.
  • Directs staffing, training and performance evaluations for develop the sales program.
  • Analyze sales statistics to formulate policy and assist debt consultants in promoting sales lines.
  • Directs product simplification and standardization to eliminate unprofitable items from sale line.
  • Delivers sales presentations to selected prospective customers in coordination with sales representation.
  • Coordinates liaison between sale department and other sales related units.
  • Analyzes and controls expenditures of division to conform to budgetary requirements.
  • Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
  • Monitors and evaluates the activities and services of the competition.
  • Effectively manages sales budget for the company.

Minimum Requirements:

  • MUST have experience working in a high volume contact/call center environment.
  • MUST have several years of recent experience working in a finance, insurance or healthcare environment who has build and managed an internal sale team.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high demand, team oriented and fast-paced environment.
  • Display exceptional collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 7+ years sales experience.
  • 3+ years in a management position leading a staff of employees.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $125,000.00 to $150,000.00 /year
