Currently seeking a talented and dedicated Vice President of Quality for a great opportunity in the Miami FL area. The ideal candidate will possess 3 years of current experience working in acute care hospital and have 3-5 years of experience working in a hospital Quality, Risk Management, or Patient Safety department in a leadership role.
Responsibilities of the Vice President of Quality
Assures great service, growth, development, and personnel management to ensure consistency in the Quality Departments
Develops, implements, and evaluates the Quality program to ensure quality patient care consistent with the Hospital mission
Maintains complete and accurate records of assessments, financials and budgets of the Quality, Risk Management, and Patient Safety Department
Promotes a collaborative, interdisciplinary approach towards patients, families and all members of the Quality team.
Requirements of the Vice President of Quality
Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
Current and Valid RN license preferred
Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) required, Master’s Degree preferred
3 years of current experience working in acute care hospital
3-5 years of experience working in a hospital Quality, Risk Management, or Patient Safety department in a leadership role
Ability to administer all proper clinical care of patient
Ability to work in a team environment
Problem solving skill set
Works collaboratively with healthcare professionals for quality patient care
