We are currently looking for a VP of Operations to provide business leadership for our landscape construction division.
The VP of Operations will manage day to day operations of the construction division to include P&L management, direct staff leadership, and business plan/growth management. The Greenery has an aggressive growth plan that includes expansion in both our existing and into new markets.
Previous leadership experience in managing a $50M+ Commercial Landscape Construction operation is required to be considered.
As the Vice President of Operations, you will be a vital player in the daily operations of our Landscape Constrution Division. In this role, you will lead our Regional, Branch and support team managers. Also, you will be one of our crucial players into developing new business and fostering new relationships while providing inspiring leadership. The VP of Operations will report directly to the COO.

Requirements for this position include:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience through increasingly responsible positions within a professional services or similar environment
- Construction Operations Management: 5 years (Minimum)
- Experience leading staff and business units
- Four-year degree, masterâs degree preferred
- Deep training and experience in business management to include operations, finance and data/analytics
