Vice President, Business Development
MarketStar is currently looking for a Vice President of Business Development to join our Business Development team in our Ogden office. As the Director of Business Development, you would be responsible for identifying relevant new enterprise business opportunities and designing ‘go-to-market’ plans to deliver measurable and significant revenues.

You have previous experience working for outsourced telesales, lead generation, channel management, or field marketing agencies. You are highly skilled at consultative selling with expertise relating to helping prospective clients improve their demand generation, lead management and sales cycle and customer acquisition activities. You have a strong track record of achieving a multi-million-dollar sales quota through highly consultative, complex sales and proposal processes with enterprise accounts and executive level contacts and decision makers.
- You develop and grow current and new customer acquisitions
- Maintain sales quota and pipeline management
- Previously worked with proposals and solution development
- You identify new revenue opportunities
- You have extensive knowledge and experience in consultative and service-based selling
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field required – MBA preferred
- 8 or more years of senior sales experience (B2B, Enterprise, Channel or Direct sales)
- Expert knowledge of multiple sales strategies, promotions, go-to-market process & trends
- Excellent interpersonal skills; develop strong relationships with executive-level management
- Up to 30% travel
