Yodlee is looking for a passionate, dynamic Vice President of Engineering with technical expertise to lead and organize a talented global engineering organization that creates and delivers AI driven solutions for banking, wealth management, credit and fintech, comprising both applications and developer products. As the VP of Engineering you will work closely with product managers, qa, infrastructure and security teams, and professional services to directly deliver business results.


Responsibilities:

  • Build a world class engineering team and harness innovation in order to execute on the product roadmap
  • Ensure High Quality products, on time delivery and in budget while maintaining a high degree of customer focus
  • Manage/handle multiple critical projects and product portfolios
  • Maintain good and influential relationship with peers
  • Drive Communication with management, peers and business
  • Drive the software engineering standards and best practices across organization
  • Drive non-functional requirements


Required Qualifications:

  • BE / MS in Computer Science or equivalent
  • 14+ years of Software Development Experience
  • 10+ years of Management Experience leading large global teams (Up to 50 people)
  • Progressive experience in building large scalable/ customizable, web/ mobile, enterprise/ hosted applications for B2B and B2B2C customers
  • Extensive understanding of User experience design, prototyping and user feedback
  • Technical Expertise in web based development using Java Script (or any MVC frameworks thereof), Node.js, Native mobile applications, Relational and non-relational databases and Restful API’s
  • Understand the competitive landscape of application development and recommend the right development/ validation framework(s)
  • Abreast with latest technology trends like data science, ML/ NLP, Conversational UI etc.,
  • Experience with and ability to understand complex technical systems and architecture
  • Experience with execution and delivering release objectives in a variety of methodologies including agile methodologies such as Scrum
  • Experience with DevOps and early automation practices
  • Ability to travel 25% of the time (U.S. & India)
