What you’ll do:
- Manage day-to-day relationships with Agencies and direct Clients
- Manage day to day relationships with Publishers, Ad Networks and Platforms
- Manage via metrics – develop operational rigor on the key metrics of success and hold the team accountable
- Prepare client and partner reports and presentations with insights derived from diagnostic reporting results and participate in presentations to senior level internal and external stakeholders
- Manage onboarding, implementation and technical troubleshooting of new and existing client implementations across both internal teams and key client contacts
- Cultivate positive and effective relationships to help drive process efficiencies and increased adoption of IAS solutions
- Collaborate across cross functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business and growth opportunities with existing clients
- Leverage problem solving and critical thinking skills to proactively identify and fix potential implementation and integration issues
- Be a change agent- with the amount of automation in play, there will be significant change to roles and responsibilities, this leader will be expected to drive that change throughout their organization
- Collect and analyze product engagement and adoption data to help drive product feature enhancements and customer experience roadmap decision making
- Continually help optimize operational efficiency as automation rollout continues by changing, training, and adopting new processes across the customer operations org
- Provide direction and guidance to middle management regarding talent development, job leveling, and career pathing
Who you are and what you have:
- B.S. or B.A. in business, technology or other related field; MBA preferred
- 6 to 10 years experience in a client-facing role at an online media company, digital agency/trading desk, sell side partner in the digital media ecosystem
- 5+ years experience managing a team
- Exposure to the following advantageous:
- Browser debugging tools
- HTML / JS / CSS
- Programmatic platforms / ad-servers
- Video player integrations
- In-app testing / SDK implementation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong project management and analytical skills a plus
- Positive, professional demeanor and experience leading conference calls and in-person presentations
- Comfortable working with large data sets to identify trends and other key insights
- Demonstrated success working in a fast-paced business environment
- Having experience in managing support in a tiered model (Tier 1/ Tier 2 support) a real nice to have
