Responsible for the projects at the center of the Amazon WW Operations recruiting organization, the Recruiting Ops Project Management Office (PMO) is looking for a Sr. Program Manager to own both strategic and tactical delivery of several global initiatives within the organization. Program Managers partner with recruiters, HR, business leaders, tech leaders and other stakeholders on high-impact and highly-visible projects and programs within the WW Ops TA portfolio.
Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a portfolio of projects from inception to delivery.
  • Identifying success metrics (in partnership with stakeholders), and establishing reporting cadences.
  • Using data to identify trends and quickly resolve defects.
  • Owning status and risk-related communications to project teams and stakeholders.
  • Driving project-related change management activities.
  • Identify opportunities to invent and simplify project components and solutions.
  • Collaborating with members of the Business Operations and Recruiting Products & Services teams to integrate their work with that of the broader Talent Acquisition organization. Advocating for the candidate experience.

  • Demonstrated expertise in process management-Six Sigma/green belt certification
