Senior Project Manager

Our capabilities include the ability to manufacture 0.015″ to 9″ O.D. plastic tubing with wall thicknesses from 0.003” to 0.600” on rollers and cut lengths from .125″ and up.

Teel Plastics, Inc. located in Baraboo, Wisconsin is hiring a Senior Project Manager reporting directly to the President. This position will be responsible for managing and leading projects. The position will require excellent organization, documentation, attention to detail and communication skills along with the ability to help design innovative solutions. The Senior Project Manager will drive projects to completion while working with multiple internal functional areas, vendors and customers.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate internal resources for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Ensure resources availability and allocation
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress
• Manage changes to project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Establish and maintain relationships with third party vendors
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Meet with clients on specific requirements for each project
• Delegate project tasks based on employees individual strengths, skill set, and experience
• Track project performance to analyze successful completion of short and long term goals
• Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
• Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
• Use and continue to develop leadership skills
• Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferable in business, engineering or other appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
• Project Management Professional Certification
• Proven working experience in project management
• Excellent client facing and internal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking
