We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join the product and program team building HR solutions for employees and managers across Amazon. The role will develop and drive high visibility programs that will have a direct impact on the employee experience. The Program Manager will own program plans, optimizing stakeholder communication, and coordinating critical operational process and compliance impacts to our organization. This role will also have responsibility for aligning the programs and roadmaps across People Tech and collaborating with business and development teams across the company to manage the end to end delivery of large enterprise wide deployments.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Optimize stakeholder communication tools, lead process impact analysis and support launch activities.
  • Liaise with multiple work streams to ensure the right owners are engaged in time to complete deliverables within their area.
  • Develop a working project plan for major launches to track milestones, deliverables and deadlines and hold other parties accountable. Manage issues and provide updates to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Liaise closely with PT Product, tech teams, business partners and end users to execute on the product roadmap

  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work with a wide cross-section of people in various locations.
  • Indirectly influence others to deliver.
  • Creative and ideas-driven in finding new solutions/ designing innovative methods, systems and processes.
