    Scrum Master

    Contract- 1 year plus

    Experience

    • 12 or more years’ project/resource management with 5 years of technical PM experience and minimum 3 years if agile scrum master experience.
    • Preferably in the Telcom space.
    • B.S in Computer Science or M.S in Computer ScienceJob Description
    • Leads all phases of the project life cycle, following Company’s project management methodology, to successfully achieve business objectives for multiple and complex engineering initiatives.
    • Establishes schedule and coordinates project activities to ensure the success of projects from original concept to final implementation.

    Competence

    • Competency in Atlassian JIRA and Confluence required
    • Articulate speaker; able to manage complex, large, and diverse meetings
    • PMP Certification required
    • CSM requiredSkills
    • Demonstrated experience managing complex software programs and projects utilizing both traditional and agile methodologies
    • Strong communication, presentation, relationship building, strategic planning, and implementation skills
    • Strong analytical and organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple, complex projects
