Scrum Master

Job Description :

• 8+ years of experience in project management using agile methodology.
• Should have managed large agile programs with complex scenarios for large banks.
• Should be well versed in managing scrums and handle multiple product streams.
• Should have excellent communication skills.
• Should have the ability to work through multiple levels of an organization.
• Must hold a Scrum Certification and experience in managing a Scrum team.
• Experience in Scrum and Kanban framework.
• Facilitating daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings.
• Helps product owner to make the product backlogs in good shape and make them ready for the next sprint.
• Review and analyse system specifications.
• Create logs to document testing phases and defects.
• Gather the requirements & clarify queries raised by development team.
• Facilitating getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work.
• Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.
• Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information.
• Responsible for managing the scrum process with the coordination of scrum team in Agile methodology.
