Publicis Sapient Seattle is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join one of our largest telecom accounts! In this role you will manage complex experiential design projects (print and digital) which include a digital retail signage design an production, digital media design and production, and environmental graphics design and production.
Core Responsibilities

Collaborate with project creative and technology leads, overseeing teams through the entire project lifecycle from sales to installation

Serve as the primary client contact and represent the client perspective throughout the project lifespan

Facilitate communication between internal teams and with client teams

Implement and run regular status updates to manage expectations, recognize dependencies, identify risks, and resolve issues
-
Author project-related contracts and budget estimate documentation

Implement and report the change-order process when necessary
-
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets for projects of all sizes

Forecast weekly resource allocations and coordinate allocation with the producing teams
-
Be responsible for all project documentation, tracking, organization, and follow-through
for internal resources and external clients/partners

Lead business development initiatives through preparation of estimations, project plans, proposal writing, and joint delivery of client presentations, with support from the BD Manager and Business Lead

Assess and improve production processes during and after projects

Oversee Associate level project manager/producers on execution of projects, as needed

Skills & Experience

4+ years in a digital/interactive project management

Experience with production process, physical design, or environmental design projects

Ability to manage more junior project manager/producers on large projects in excess
of $1M

Proven track record working in a collaborative environment on multiple deliverable-driven projects from concept to completion

Experience managing scopes, risks, and resources for diverse and multifaceted projects

Experience contracting and coordinating with third-party vendors (including fabrication
and audio-visual integration partners)

Outstanding organizational skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Understanding of digital technologies and trends, coupled with a strong interest in
working in the design/technology field

Bachelorâs degree or the equivalent in a related field
