Parcel Pending provides secure, on demand package management and storage solutions to the multi-family housing communities, office buildings, universities, and more. Essential Job Functions

  • Schedule and Support 3rd party technicians to service Parcel Pending Lockers
  • Support Parcel Pending in ensuring Locker installations are successfully completed
  • Responsible for the customer experience at a property from the property management team down to each resident
  • Provide a Great Customer Experience
  • Respond promptly to on-site team’s issues
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
  • Responsible for onsite visits/ service calls when applicable
  • Perform other duties as required to support the success of Parcel Pending

Job Requirements

  • Ability to problem solve and operate independently
  • Highly Tech Savvy
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and adapt as priorities change
  • Must work great in a team environment
  • Strong inter-personal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of personalities in person, on phone and via email
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and understand/carry out instructions provided in written or verbal format
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

General Requirements

  • Strongly prefer 1-3 years Customer Service background
  • Salesforce CRM experience a PLUS.Minimum 18 years of age
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • Some College Preferred
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Light to moderate heavy lifting, when required (less than 50lbs)
