Essential Job Functions
- Schedule and Support 3rd party technicians to service Parcel Pending Lockers
- Support Parcel Pending in ensuring Locker installations are successfully completed
- Responsible for the customer experience at a property from the property management team down to each resident
- Provide a Great Customer Experience
- Respond promptly to on-site team’s issues
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
- Responsible for onsite visits/ service calls when applicable
- Perform other duties as required to support the success of Parcel Pending
Job Requirements
- Ability to problem solve and operate independently
- Highly Tech Savvy
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and adapt as priorities change
- Must work great in a team environment
- Strong inter-personal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of personalities in person, on phone and via email
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and understand/carry out instructions provided in written or verbal format
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
General Requirements
- Strongly prefer 1-3 years Customer Service background
- Salesforce CRM experience a PLUS.Minimum 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Some College Preferred
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Light to moderate heavy lifting, when required (less than 50lbs)
