Project Manager

Primary Responsibilities:

The role of a TenEleven Project Manager is to be responsible for the successful end-to-end implementation of our Healthcare software applications. The Project Manager is accountable for the on time, on budget project completion while ensuring high client satisfaction and achieving measurable benefits realization. The Project Manager manages the process around software configuration, build, test, customer training and deployment including both business process design as well as technical components. They are also instrumental in participating in the development and refinement of implementation tools and methodologies.

This position requires 15-25% travel, including overnight stays

Required Skills:

• 1-2 years of software implementation project management experience
• Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely
• Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills
• Ability to balance multiple priorities
• Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Preferred Skills (but not necessary):

• Software implementation project management experience
• Business Consulting experience
• Bachelors Degree a plus
• Work experience in a provider healthcare environment or Healthcare software company a plus
• IT Consulting and/or clinical experience
• Project Management Professional Certification – PMI Institute or equivalent
• Proficiency in knowledge of clinical workflow in healthcare organizations
• Previous Clinical Information Systems experience
