Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, deliverables and timelines.
• Provide daily/weekly reporting to project stakeholders (internal & external) and sponsors, track milestones and deliverables, escalate issues and risks and proactively take ownership for resolution.
• Estimate work effort, timelines, skills, and quantity of resources required to successfully complete project deliverables; develops project plan incorporating all project variables.
• Lead daily/weekly status meetings with team to assess progress against plan and resolve issues.
• Co-ordinate with various client partners and internal groups for Beta & Go-Live support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or similar discipline
• Minimum 5-7 years of PM experience managing large IS, Software or Infrastructure development projects
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Experience managing full life cycle software projects
• Strong communication skills with the ability to drive multiple simultaneous projects to completion on time and within budget.
• Must be able to engage in technical discussions with clients and internal team about project requirements and challenges and drive resolution.
• A history of detail-oriented, multitasking in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
