ICND builds award-winning, custom websites integrated with vacation rental management systems. We also integrate with other 3rd party platforms, such as MLS systems for real estate, and SalesForce.
We are looking for an experienced Web Development Project Manager to collaborate with our innovative team of Web Developers, Digital Marketers, Account Executives, and clients.
The Web Development Project Manager focuses on all aspects of the project, including assisting with the proposal, creating a project plan, and managing daily design and development tasks. The Web Development Project Manager ensures that projects are completed efficiently, on time, and on budget.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 yearsâ experience managing web development projects
- Minimum 2 yearsâ experience working with varied client base
- Understanding of current web technologies and high-level knowledge of digital marketing
- Ability to assess web deliverables to ensure they correctly meet outlined design, content, and functionality requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid interpersonal skills with a strong sense of responsibility and personal initiative
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and highly organized
- Excellent ability to work, manage, and communicate in a team atmosphere
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working with content management systems, a plus
- Experience with project methodologies, a plus
- Experience in the travel/hospitality industry, a plus
Responsibilities:
- Determine project scope and requirements, based on proposal and client requirements
- Collaborate with other departments to create solutions that meet client needs
- Review requirements, approach, scope, and price with Account Executives,
- Work with Account Executives to create and execute project plans, managing change as needed
- Identify and manage project risks
- Work with other project managers to apply lessons learned
- Monitor and report on project status to internal team and clients
- Manage project timelines, milestones, resourcing and deadlines
- Manage communication with team and client; attend client meetings, take detailed notes, and coordinate next steps
- Identify and respond to client requests as needed
- Assist with quality assurance reviews, functionality testing, and deliverables review
